Shipping From Me

I ship worldwide via airmail with tracking.

Delivery Time Estimates

Standard (Ukrposhta): approximately 3 weeks
Express (UPS): 1–2 weeks

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

Shipping During Wartime

Postal services in Ukraine continue to operate normally, including international shipments.

Due to wartime logistics, parcels travel by ground transport within Ukraine and are then transferred to air transport from a neighboring country. This may slightly increase delivery times, but international shipping remains fully operational.

Taxes and Import Duties

International shipments may be subject to taxes, customs duties, or import fees imposed by your country.

Please review your local tax regulations before placing an order.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns and Exchanges

Return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, except in cases where the return is due to my error or responsibility.

Shipping Equipment to Me

You may send me your personal lens for modification or rehousing.
Alternatively, you may purchase a lens from a marketplace and ask the seller to ship it directly to my address.

Shipping Address

To send your lens for modification, rehousing, or service, please contact me first.
I will provide the appropriate shipping address and detailed international shipping instructions.

If you are purchasing a lens from a Ukrainian seller, I can provide a local domestic shipping address within Ukraine.

Shipping Costs and Taxes

All shipping costs are paid by the sender.

If shipping instructions are not followed and customs charges are applied, those charges must also be paid by the sender. Otherwise, the parcel will be returned.

Responsibility for Shipments

1. Shipment of Finished Products (Cinemetalmod Sales)

I am fully responsible for the order until it is physically delivered to the customer.

In case of loss caused by the carrier, I will either reship the product or issue a refund.

2. Shipment of Customer Equipment to My Workshop

The customer is fully responsible for their equipment until it is confirmed as received by my workshop.

I strongly recommend using tracked and insured shipping services.

3. Return Shipment of Customer Equipment After Service

After the work is completed and the parcel is handed over to the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer.

From the moment the shipment is accepted by the carrier, the risk of loss or damage during transit lies with the recipient.

The shipping method is agreed upon with the customer before dispatch.
