Return & Exchange Policy

I accept returns and exchanges within 60 days from the date you receive the product.

Return Conditions

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to my error or a product defect.

Refunds are issued after I receive the returned item and confirm that it is in the same condition as it was originally sold.

Exchanges

For exchanges, the buyer covers both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement item, except when the exchange is required due to my error or an undisclosed defect.

The replacement item will be shipped after I receive and inspect the returned product in its original condition.

When I Cover Shipping Costs

I will cover all return or exchange shipping costs if the issue was caused by my mistake, including:

– You received the wrong item
– The product has an undisclosed defect

Other Requests

Other return or exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Taxes and Duties

I do not refund or compensate for any taxes, customs duties, or import fees imposed by your country.
These charges are outside my control and are non-refundable.
