Rehoused Helios 44. Based on the lens’s original factory mechanics.

In addition to the new external body, the lens has undergone a structural redesign. The focus ring has been repositioned forward, the aperture ring rearward — a layout more common for cinema lenses.

Reason for discount: The glass shows minor but visible (when inspected against light) cleaning marks, a few coating imperfections (“comets”), and several small air bubbles inside the elements. These do not affect image quality and are primarily cosmetic. Otherwise, the lens is in excellent condition.
